We provide 24 months product warranty (2 years) for defects for all customers according European – Czech legislative.

We will also send you back your repaired of exchanged product free of charge within warranty period.

To claim warranty please follow these policies:

🛍️ The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions for use.

🛑 The product must not have been damaged by improper use, handling, or storage.

🔧 The product must not have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

💼 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable items (such as batteries, light bulbs, etc).

🧾 The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, in order to make a claim under the warranty.

After Warranty service

We provide after warranty service. We are authorized service repair center for ASIC miners in Europe. This service is paid but we believe that we can offer you the best price in Europe with the best results.

🔧 Offer repair services for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer or authorized repair center.

💡 Sell replacement parts for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, such as batteries, light bulbs, or other components, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer.

📞 Offer technical support for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, either by phone or email, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer.

💻 Offer remote assistance services such as remote diagnostic and troubleshooting, to help customers with their products, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer.

🛠 Offer maintenance and cleaning services for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer.

♻️ Offer recycling services for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, allowing customers to dispose of their old products in an environmentally friendly manner, at a lower cost than the original manufacturer.
