No charge until we confirm

Start a verification

Tell us what you need and we confirm we can do it before you pay. Two minutes now, and you avoid buying a document that will not fit.

  • We never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or exchange logins
  • No wallet address needed yet — the network and the period are enough
  • We reply within one working day, and we say no when the answer is no
  • Nothing is charged at this stage

Already know what you need? Skip the form and order at the bottom of this page.

Tell us about your case

Nothing here is binding. We reply with a straight answer about whether we can help.

Please do not paste private keys or recovery words here. We do not want them and cannot use them.

This is an enquiry, not an order. Nothing is charged, nothing is reserved and you are committed to nothing. We read it, and reply with a straight yes or no.

What each level costs

If you already know which one you need, order directly — the form is only there to help you decide.

Address Verification
€139
Balance and full history for one address. The certificate states that control was not verified.
Verified Holdings
€279
Adds proof that the wallet is yours. This is the one banks, exchanges and auditors expect.
Verified Identity
€590
Adds documents and a video call, so the certificate names the person as well as the wallet.

If it turns out we cannot complete the verification you ordered, you are refunded in full. We would rather lose the sale than issue a document that does not do what you needed.

What happens next

Five steps, and you can stop at any point before payment.

1

You tell us the case

The form above, or an email. No wallet address needed yet — the network and the period are enough for us to say whether it works.

2

We confirm we can do it

Usually the same working day. If the chain or the situation does not fit, we say so plainly and you have paid nothing.

3

You order and send the address

Normal checkout. Then you send the wallet address — which is public data, not a secret.

4

You prove control

You sign a phrase we give you inside your own wallet, or send an exact amount we specify within a set window. On Verified Identity we also arrange a short video call.

5

You receive the certificate

A signed, stamped PDF with a unique number and a reference the recipient can check with us directly.

Three things that stop this working

Most of the orders we have to refund fail on one of these. Thirty seconds now saves a week.

Your coins are on an exchange

Then the address on the chain belongs to the exchange, not to you, and there is nothing we can certify. Withdraw to a wallet you control, or ask the exchange for a statement.

You mined the coins

Mining income generally arises on receipt at that day's value, and this certificate does not evidence that. It still documents what you hold — but tell us first, so you know what you are buying.

You cannot sign or send from the wallet

Without one of those we cannot record proof of control, and the certificate drops to the basic level. If the wallet is in cold storage or a multisig, say so and we will work out what is practical.

We do not need access to anything

You are about to send details of a crypto position to a company you have not worked with before. Here is exactly where the line sits.

We will never ask for

  • Your seed phrase or recovery words — not twelve, not twenty-four, not one
  • A private key, in any format
  • A wallet file, keystore or backup
  • Exchange logins, passwords or API keys
  • Remote access to your computer or phone
  • A transfer of your funds to us, for any reason

What we do ask for

  • The wallet address — public information, readable by anyone
  • The network and asset
  • The period you need covered
  • A signed message, produced inside your own wallet, or a small transfer of an amount we specify
  • On Verified Identity only: identity documents and a short video call

If anyone asks you for a seed phrase, the conversation is over. That includes us, and it includes anyone claiming to be us. We have no legitimate use for it — proof of control works precisely because it never requires you to reveal a key.
