If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We accept that mistakes and problems can always occur but we will endeavor to get any issue resolved as quickly and fairly as possible.

Warranty Returns:

If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve.

Our 14-day warranty policy can be found here in our terms and conditions. Note: 14 days is usually minimal warranty we provide.

Returns Process & Cooling-Off period

We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us. However, occasionally we know that you may want to return a product. As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the products.

The ‘Cooling Off Period’ clause only applies if you are a consumer and does not apply to business customers.

We do not charge a restocking fee for non-sealed (new) goods returned within the cooling off period. However both outbound and return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
