It is the first product certified in Poland that meets the requirements of variable penetration over time. These requirements are contained in the formal draft standard EN 143: 2000, which describes the test methodology regarding the EN 149: 2001 standard. Half masks are tested with two types of aerosol, i.e. sodium chloride aerosol and paraffin oil mist for three minutes. Most filter masks available on the market were tested by the same method, however the uniqueness of the FS-30V FFP3 NR D half mask is that it withstands the hourly test (paraffin oil mist), after which it does not lose its protective properties. The mist of paraffin oil has a very destructive effect on the filter material used for the production of half-masks. The long mask test endurance and meeting the other requirements of the standard means high product quality. The new test method is also important for the user. It raises the requirements for products, and thus increases safety at workplaces. It would seem that as the filtration efficiency increases, the airflow resistance must increase. However, the filtering respirator submitted for the competition managed to keep the airflow resistance relatively low, which has a significant impact on the user’s comfort.
High concentration of respirable dust, used for welding and soldering, protects against dust containing beryllium, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, radium, strychnine, radioactive particles.
The exhaust valve used allows you to freely get rid of excess steam and carbon dioxide from under the mask half-mask, thus improving the user’s comfort and extending its life.
For protecting the respiratory tract against dusts, fumes, mists, solid aerosols and liquid aerosols up to 30 x NDS.
The FS-30V FFP3 D half mask is made entirely of Polish raw materials and can be packed in various ways according to the wishes of customers.
