Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order? It takes usually from 1-6 days to receive your order if we have in on stock.

How do I create an account? Just click on Account and create account. You can shop even without account however we recommend to have your account.

How do I track the status of my order? We provide full tracking info of all packages. You will receive tracking after our package is dispatched. Or you can track your order at our tracking section page.

Will you keep my credit card information on file? No we do not keep information of your credit card. We use payment gateway that is operated by bank and they process transaction. We only receive message in our system "PAID". And others.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes we charge VAT sale TAX based on your location. If you are VAT payer company in Europe no additional TAX will be charged to you. For local non registered tax payers there is 19% tax for electronic items.

Do you ship to my country? Yes, we ship World-Wide and mostly to all countries in the world expect IRAN, Russia and India. For Europe we ship to all countries for sure for example to Germany, France, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Ireland and so on.

Will my items come in one package? Yes and not. If a package is big like for Antminer s19j pro 110TH having 21kg you will receive separate package for every ASIC miner.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy? You can return all items according to European legislative within 14 days after you have received the package. Few exceptions are the according to legislation like food, items of hygiene and items depending on stock market prices.

I received the wrong item Just write us. We will replace it and compensate you as well with little gift.

My order arrived damaged The packing is very very solid and it happens rarely. But if so please contact us all parcels are insured and you will be reimbursed.

How do I receive customer support? Yes you will receive pre purchase and general customer support during 2 years after buying free. We are happy to help you and we hope you will continue shopping with us. Just contact Us.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address? Just write us and we will correct it.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it? Yes you can. You have also 14 days to return the package and get full refund.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out? Yes. You can pre-order and many times it is the best option to get best price and to get guarantied price on new coming items like new ASIC miners.
