Return Policy

1. General Return Eligibility

At Kentino s.r.o., we value customer satisfaction but understand the need for clear guidelines on returns. Returns are accepted at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or tampering may not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

  • Products customized or modified at the customer's request.
  • Software, licenses, or digital goods once activated or downloaded.
  • Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale."
  • Products damaged or altered post-delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team at support@kentino.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be included in your package.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly by Kentino s.r.o. or arrived defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Inspection and Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Kentino s.r.o. reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s purchase price if the item is found not to meet our return conditions. Items that fail inspection due to misuse or damage will not be eligible for a refund and may be disposed of or returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days following our confirmation that the return meets our conditions. Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Kentino s.r.o. will cover the cost of return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect items and provide a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.

7. International Returns

For international customers, Kentino s.r.o. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. Any such costs must be covered by the customer.
