Returns and refunds
We accept all returns within 14 days for most items that you buy at our store
If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing please notify is within 14 days by phone, fax, or email to request replacement or refund. If you notify us after 14 days we may accept the return and you will not be charged any restocking fee – you would receive FULL REFUND. If you wish to return an item because it is no longer needed or wanted please contact us in 14 days and subject to our acceptance, we will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization, and you might be refunded with no restocking fee.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization code within the return period stated above.
Certain items are non-returnable. Custom manufactured items, items requiring refrigeration during transport, any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious. Contact us if you have any questions about specific products and check our Terms and conditions.
We accept exchanges within 14 days. You will not be charged any supplemental charge. Exchanged item must be in original shape not showing wearing and extensive usage.
You can also exchange products within 2 years warranty if it gets broken or malfunction. For example if an item gets broken like Power supply get broken we can exchange you the faulty unit for new unit.
